The following steps will show you how to change your payment method or update your card information.
1. Go to Settings from the Main Dashboard.
2. Under the Plans & Billing tab, click the Update Payment Method button.
3. Select your preferred payment method from the drop-down menu. You can then update your credit card information if needed.
Common Reasons for Failed Payments
If you receive an error message, it may be due to the following reasons:
Insufficient funds
Wrong card details
Expired card
EU photographers may face stricter restrictions on subscription payments. Please contact your bank to approve the transaction.
