Where do I Find My Uploader Logs?

Support will sometimes request you to send your Uploader Logs to help troubleshoot an issue.

To find your Uploader Logs, first choose your operating system below:


Mac

1. Launch the Pic-Time Uploader app from your Applications on your Mac.

2. The Pic-Time Uploader app should then appear in your taskbar near your clock. Click the Pic-Time Uploader logo to expand the menu and click Save logs…

3. Choose a location to save the logs on your Mac, and click Open. You will need to remember the location for the next step. We suggest saving it to your Desktop.

4. The logs will save in a .zip file in the location you selected. Locate the .zip file, and send it to the support teammate that requested it.

Windows

1. Open your list of Applications on your Windows computer, and launch the Pic-Time Uploader.

2. The Pic-Time Uploader app should then appear in your taskbar near your clock. Sometimes you will need to click a small arrow in your taskbar to expand the view.

Click the Pic-Time Uploader logo to expand the menu, and click Save logs…

3. Choose a location to save the logs, and click OK. You will need to remember the location for the next step. We suggest saving it to your Desktop.

4. The logs will save in a .zip file in the location you selected. Click OK.

5. Locate the .zip file, and send it to the support teammate that requested it.
