Every story has its own rhythm and flow, and your gallery layout shapes how it unfolds. With Gallery Grids, you can tailor each gallery around the story you want to tell with new layouts and more editing capabilities.

1. In one of your Client Galleries, go to the Design tab and click on the Grid icon.

This will open the Media Grid editor. You can customize the entire look of the gallery, including:

2. Select your grid style. Some grid styles will also give you the option to increase the size and spacing of the images. The Pic-Time grid gives you the ability to enlarge or minimize the horizontal images.

3. You can control how the size of photos and the spacing between them looks for both desktop and mobile devices. Click between the views at any time, and click on the sliders to increase or decrease the size and spacing.

4. Select one of the seven grid-loading effects from the dropdown. These add movement and personality as clients explore the gallery.

5. If you have a Highlights scene, you can customize its grid separately from the rest of the gallery, choosing a separate grid style, desktop and mobile size and spacing, and loading animation.

6. In the gallery preview section, click and drag an image to move it. This will also adjust the order of images in the Photos & Media tab.

7. In the gallery preview section, click on the eye icon to hide the photo.

8. This will move it to a Hidden Photos scene at the bottom of the gallery that’s visible to only you and your Main Clients. To unhide the photo, click the eye icon again. Learn more about how your Main Clients can hide photos here!

9. If you have selected the Pic-Time grid, in the gallery preview section click on the arrow icon to enlarge or minimize a horizontal image.

10. After the image is enlarged, click the arrow icon again to minimize it.
