How do I fix a PayPal or Stripe error?

If clients are receiving an error while attempting to place an order, it may be due to a PayPal or Stripe error. To resolve this, follow the instructions below to reconnect your store payments.

Reconnect Stripe

1. From the Main Dashboard, go to Settings.

2. Under Store Settings, in the Payments column, click Setup.

3. Click Stripe.

4. Click Continue and follow the steps to reconnect your Stripe account.

5. Then click Apply to save your changes.


Reconnect PayPal

1. From the Main Dashboard, go to Settings.

2. Under Store Settings, in the Payments column, click Setup.

3. Click PayPal.

4. Click to Disconnect.

5. Click on PayPal again and follow the steps to reconnect your PayPal account.

6. Then click Apply to save your changes.
