Clients can have multiple galleries assigned to their accounts by one or multiple photographers. All client galleries can be conveniently accessed through their client account, streamlining the experience.

This article belongs to our Client Help Center, built specifically to assist your clients using the gallery. The Client Help Center is white-labeled, meaning we don’t mention Pic-Time or other photographers, so you can share it as part of your own brand.
Viewing a gallery for the first time
It’s important that clients first access the gallery using the secure link sent to them. Once they’ve opened the gallery and their account has been linked, it will then appear on their universal login dashboard for easy access in the future. A gallery will not appear on the universal login page until the visitor’s account has been linked to it.
Viewing galleries via the browser
When viewing the gallery from a browser (both desktop and mobile), clients can only access all galleries from the same photographer or brand.
If you have two separate brands and a client has been invited to both, they will only see the galleries for the currently selected brand. Likewise, if a client has been invited to galleries from multiple photographers, they will only see the galleries associated with the currently selected photographer.
If you'd like your client to first choose which photographer or brand to view, direct them to log in from the universal login page.
Please Note: To access their account, clients must log in using the email address their gallery invitation was sent to. Their account is automatically created when they first click the gallery link directly from the invitation email.

Viewing galleries via the mobile app
When viewing from the Pic-Time Mobile App, they can access galleries from all photographers connected to their account in one place.
Seamless shopping experience
Pro Tip: If your client is ordering products, their shopping cart is shared across all galleries from the same photographer, so they can conveniently place one order.
By being assigned to multiple galleries, clients can even toggle between galleries in their product editors. By doing so, they can customize items like albums using photos from multiple galleries, as long as the same Price List has been assigned to both galleries.
