What does the Pic-Time integration include?
With the Studio Ninja x Pic-Time integration, you can:
Provide clients with direct access to their Pic-Time galleries through their Client Portal's Galleries page.
Create new Pic-Time galleries or link existing ones to Studio Ninja jobs.
Link up to 10 Pic-Time galleries to a single Studio Ninja job (e.g., add links to your client’s engagement, wedding, and family photoshoot galleries all in one place).
Track Pic-Time orders in Studio Ninja’s invoice system.
How do I integrate Pic-Time with Studio Ninja?
Connect your Studio Ninja and Pic-Time accounts in two simple steps:
1. Go to Settings > Integrations in Studio Ninja and select to connect your Pic-Time account.
2. Log in to your Pic-Time account when prompted. You will then be asked to approve access to sync your Studio Ninja and Pic-Time accounts.
After you approve, you can begin using the integration in Studio Ninja. When creating new galleries through the integration in Studio Ninja, you'll be taken back to your Pic-Time account where you can continue the gallery setup process and share with your clients. After you share the gallery, they can continue viewing their gallery directly through their Client Portal's Galleries page.
