Your Pic-Time account has two types of emails: the Account Email for logging in and managing your account, and the Brand Email, which clients see and use for communication. Here’s how to update each one.
Account Email
The account email is the original email you used to set up your account, and the one you use for logging in and managing your settings.
1. To change your account email go to Settings from your Main Dashboard.
2. You can edit the email address in the Profile tab under Account Email.
Brand Email
The brand email is the address clients see when they receive any of your emails sent to them via the Pic-Time system. When a client replies back to these emails, the message is sent to this email address. You can customize it to match your brand, ensuring a professional and cohesive look in all your client interactions.
1. To change your brand email go to Settings from your Main Dashboard.
2. Then, go to Brand & Style. You can edit the Email in the Brand settings. If you have more than one brand on your account, you can set a unique email for each brand.
