How do I change my photographer account email?

Your Pic-Time account includes two types of email addresses:

  • Account Email: used for logging in and managing your account

  • Brand Email: the email clients see and use for communication.

This article shows you how to update each one.

Account Email

This is the email you used to create your account. It’s used for logging in and managing your settings.

1. Click here to go to your Settings > Profile and edit the email address under Account Email.

Brand Email

This is the email address clients see in the “reply-to” field when they receive messages from you through Pic-Time. When they reply, their response is sent to this address. You can customize it to reflect your brand and maintain a professional, cohesive presence in all client communication.

By default, system emails are sent from [email protected] with your brand name, but replies are directed to your brand email so you receive them directly. If you connect a custom domain and email, messages can also be sent directly from your brand email. To set this up, you can view the full tutorial here.

1. Click here to go to your Settings > Brand & Style. You can edit the Email in the Brand settings. If you have more than one brand on your account, you can set a unique email for each brand.
