Your Pic-Time account includes two types of email addresses:
Account Email: used for logging in and managing your account
Brand Email: the email clients see and use for communication.
This article shows you how to update each one.
Account Email
This is the email you used to create your account. It’s used for logging in and managing your settings.
1. To change your account email go to Settings from your Main Dashboard.
2. You can edit the email address in the Profile tab under Account Email.
Brand Email
This is the email clients see when they receive messages from you through Pic-Time. When they reply, their message goes to this address.
You can customize it to reflect your brand and maintain a professional, cohesive presence in all client communication.
1. To change your brand email go to Settings from your Main Dashboard.
2. Then, go to Brand & Style tab. You can edit the Email in the Brand settings. If you have more than one brand on your account, you can set a unique email for each brand.
