How do I Create and Use the Bespoke Wedding Books App?

The Bespoke Wedding Books App was created to introduce the one of a kind Isle Studio wedding book experience to your client.

Isle Studio uses a unique storytelling process by combining your photos with curated details from the day. Often times they work alongside the couple before the wedding day so no important detail is missed. They carefully select quotes, and memories from your client's wedding journey by talking directly to them, and weave the elements into the perfect narrative to compliment your images.

The app contains two campaigns. The first, Early Reservation Promotion, is used before the gallery is published. For any booking reservation purchase made before the wedding date, Isle Studio has generously offered one complimentary book to your client and a free sample book for you with the first order. The second campaign is for galleries that have been published following the wedding date.

Add Bespoke Wedding Books App

1. To get started, click Sales & Automation from the Main Dashboard.

2. Select New Automation App under the Automation tab.

3. Select and Install the Bespoke Wedding Books App. Change the name and click Add Automation App.

Early Reservation Promotion

Emails

4. Begin by modifying the emails for the Early Reservation Promotion. The email templates were composed by Isle Studio to effortlessly introduce the process and the special discount that the studio is offering to Pic-Time clients. Each email is sent a week after the other, once the app is assigned to the gallery. Hover over the email and click the Pencil Icon.

5. You can edit the email cover image, email subject, title, message and even the button text.

6. Clicking the button in the email will take your client out of Pic-Time to an Isle Studio reservation form.

Published Gallery Campaign

Now let’s modify the campaign for published galleries.

Campaign Duration

7. Set the Campaign Duration. This phase of the campaign will start once the app is assigned to a published gallery and will remain live for the duration you set.

Email

8. You can then customize the announcement email and reminders that are sent to your client by following the same editing process mentioned earlier.

Banners

9. Now we can work on your banners. There are various banners to choose from and you can set which banners to include in your campaign.

10. Choose the design of the banner, then modify the text and customize your style with different fonts and color options.

11. Click to Save the app and now it’s ready to be used with your galleries!

Assigning for Early Reservation Promotion

If you would like for your clients to have a chance to reserve their book early (prior to the wedding day) and get a free book with their purchase, you can create an offline project with your client’s info and assign the app to the project. This will trigger the Early Reservation Emails. If the client has received the Early Reservation Emails, they will not receive the emails from the Published Gallery Campaign.

1. To get started, click to add a new gallery for your couple’s upcoming wedding.

2. You can name your gallery under the Name & Cover tab.

3. Select the Share tab and input your Main Client name and Email. It is important that you do not send the gallery out to your client yet.

4. Then go to the Automations & Discounts tab and click Choose.

5. Choose your Bespoke Wedding Books app.

6. Set your start date and click Apply.

And that’s it! Your client will now receive a series of the Early Reservation Emails.


Assigning for Published Gallery Campaign

1. If you assign the app to a published gallery, the Publishes Gallery Campaign will go out to your client (instead of the Early Reservation Promotion). To get started head over to your gallery. Upload your photos (if you haven’t done so already) and share the gallery with your Main Client.

2. Now select the Sales Automation tab and click Choose.

3. Choose the Bespoke Wedding Books App.

4. Choose the start date of your app and click Apply.

And that’s it! The campaign will start once the Main Client logs into the gallery.
