As of 2021, Pic-Time has identified an issue with browser certificates, where older browsers or operating systems won’t recognize the issuer.

This only affects photographers who have a custom domain set up and are on a browser/OS version older than one of the following:

1. To identify this specific issue, click Not Secure at the top of your browser next to the url, and then click on 'Certificate (Invalid)'.

2. You will see a message similar to ‘This certificate was signed by an untrusted issuer’.

3. To resolve this issue, either update your OS, or install Firefox. If you are installing Firefox, download this version, and select the following parameters:
