My Collections are created from your photographer backend and can be used to create various content. They are different from in-gallery Collections.

In-gallery Collections are created in the gallery by either yourself or your gallery visitors, and can be used in your gallery shop. Learn more about in-gallery Collections here.

This article will cover how you can create using My Collections.

You can create a new Collection two different ways:

In My collections, click + New Collection.

Name your collection and click Create collection.

From there, you can use the AI cross-gallery search to find the media you want to save to your Collection. Use the search bar, or begin by filtering recent searches, or media already in My Collections.

You can combine filters with your search to find the most relevant results.

Checkmark the media you want to select (you can also shift+click to select multiple media at once), and then click Add.

Then the Collection will be added to your Content Studio.

Click here to go to your Content Studio > My collections. To access one of your collections, use the search bar to search for the Collection name, and select Filters if you want to search through a certain date range (the date the Collection was created). You can also sort by Recently created, Recently updated, Name, or Most items.

Click on the three dots to Rename, Change cover, or Delete collection. Click on the Collection to view, edit, and create content.

Click + Add Photos to add more media to the Collection.

This will open the cross-gallery search where you can search and filter for media. After selecting the media to add, click Add.

To remove any media, checkmark to select it, then click to Remove.

Click Remove to confirm your changes. This will only remove the media from your Collection, not from the gallery itself.

To share or save the full Collection on your mobile device, click the main Share icon. Otherwise, checkmark to select specific media and click the Share icon.

Scan the QR code with your mobile device’s camera, and tap on the link. Tap the share icon on the individual image to share or save it to your mobile device. Tap Share all to share or save the entire selection to your mobile device.

To download the full Collection to your computer, click the main Download icon. Otherwise, checkmark to select specific media and click the Download icon.

Then click to download the SearchResults.zip file, or Download the Web-Size photos instead.

To create content from the full Collection, click to either Create a reel, Create a slideshow, or Create a blog post.

Otherwise, checkmark to select specific media and click to Create. Then select to create a Reel, Slideshow, or Blog.
