Why does it say my App is no longer available?

Expired Apps

If you see a message saying โ€œThis app has expired or is no longer available,โ€ it means that the App has been retired and can no longer be assigned to galleries.

You may still see older Marketing Campaign Apps listed in your account, allowing you to access past Campaign statistics, but they are no longer active for new Campaigns.

Viewing Currently Available Apps

To see the currently available Apps:

1. Go to Main Dashboard > Sales & Automation. In the Campaigns tab, choose whether youโ€™d like to view Client Galleries or Art Galleries Apps.

To view the full list of available Apps, click on + More campaigns.

2. Here you can browse all currently available Holiday and Special Occasions Apps.

We will always announce new or seasonal Apps directly in your account, so keep an eye out for updates!
