Bay Photo have updated the paper used for some of their products, effective October 6, 2025. From October 12, 2025, they will also discontinue three products currently offered in Pic-Time, and two additional products will undergo a paper change.

These changes will result in price adjustments for certain affected products, as outlined below.

Discontinued Products

From October 12th, the following products will be discontinued from BayPhoto’s offering, and will automatically be removed from your store:

  • Folios

  • Linen Print Box

  • Wood Print Box

Paper Changes

Gallery Boards and Calendars

From October 12th, Gallery Boards and Calendars will be fulfilled with Canson Rag Photographique 310gsm.

Matte Prints & Panoramic Matte Prints

Matte Prints and Panoramic Matte Prints will be fulfilled with Fuji Deep Matte paper, replacing the discontinued Fuji Matte paper.

Please Note: This paper has a soft, velvety finish and high color saturation. Please keep in mind that prints will look softer and less contrasty than what you see on your screen, especially in darker areas — blacks will appear more muted and shadow details less pronounced.

If you prefer not to offer products with this paper type, you can either disable the product in your store or fulfill it through a different lab. Note that using another lab may result in higher shipping fees for clients ordering multiple products, as orders would be shipped separately.
