Copy your Custom Referral Link or Code
You can find your custom referral link or code in your Pic-Time account:

2. Next, choose how you’d like to share it:

You can easily share your referral on social media, email, your website, and more.
Redeeming and Tracking Referral Rewards
If your friend signs up through the landing page or via your referral email, the referral will be applied automatically. If they’re using your share code, they can redeem the code when upgrading their subscription.
When your friend upgrades to a paid plan, they’ll receive an extra month of their subscription for free. After their upgrade, you’ll get an email confirming both their upgrade and your reward.

How do I know if I’m eligible?
You are eligible if you received the email and see the special Rewards in your account.
I’ve already used or shared a referral link in the past. Do I need to create a new one for this campaign?
No. Your existing referral link remains valid, and any qualifying sign-ups made during the campaign dates will automatically earn you the reward.
I already referred someone before the campaign started. Do I still get it if they subscribe now?
If your friend signed up for a free trial before the campaign but upgrades to a paid plan during the campaign dates (Jul 27, 2026 (06:00 PST) through Sep 7, 2026 (23:59 PST)), you’ll receive the reward.
If your friend started a paid plan before Jul 20, 2026, you are still eligible for one free month of Pic-Time under our standard referral program.
My friend signed up late. Can I still get the kickback?
To be eligible for the kickback, your friend must begin a paid Pic-Time subscription between Jul 27, 2026 (06:00 PST) and Sep 7, 2026 (23:59 PST). If they signed up after those dates, you will still receive a free month of Pic-Time through our standard referral program.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?

Will I also get the standard free month of Pic-Time, or is my referral reward cash only?
During this campaign, you will receive the cash reward only. Your friend will still receive their free month of Pic-Time. After the campaign ends, the referral reward will revert to our standard referral program: one free month for both you and your friend.
My friend says they signed up and subscribed to a paid plan, but I don’t see them in my dashboard. What should I do?
First, confirm that your friend used your referral link or code and not another photographer’s. If they signed up correctly and the referral still isn’t showing, contact our support team and provide your account email and your friend’s account email so we can investigate.
Can I refer someone who's already using Pic-Time?
Yes, photographers on the Free plan are eligible for referrals. If they subscribe to a paid Pic-Time plan through your referral link during the campaign, you'll receive the campaign reward.
My friend was referred by another photographer too, who gets the reward?
If your friend used a photographer’s referral code, it will be that specific photographer who receives the reward.
If your friend used a photographer’s referral link, it will be that specific photographer who receives the reward, unless the friend manually put in a different coupon code when they upgraded - in which case the photographer associated with the code will receive the reward.
Who can I share my referral link with?
You can share your referral link with anyone! Send it to a friend, share it on social media, in online communities, via email, or on your blog or website. The more people you share it with, the more opportunities you have to earn rewards. Anyone who signs up for a paid plan using your link will count toward your rewards.
Terms & Conditions
Campaign rewards are available for eligible referrals made during the campaign period only.
Rewards apply to new paid Pic-Time subscriptions made through your referral link or code.
Pic-Time reserves the right to review referrals and withhold rewards in cases of fraud or abuse.
If your referral subscribes to a monthly plan, your reward will be paid in three monthly instalments, matching the value of their first three subscription months.
You will receive your rewards to your PayPal account provided that:
Your approved rewards total $20 USD or more. Balances below $20 are automatically carried over to the next payout.
The referral was approved at least 7 days before the payout date.
A valid PayPal email address is saved in your Pic-Time account.
