The sharing permissions are set by you in the gallery settings. Client galleries are fully compatible with mobile devices.
Please Note: If on Mobile clients share under 5 items when web-res is enabled, the files themselves will be shared. (If a Slideshow or Video over 3 minutes is shared, a link to the gallery containing that media is shared instead.)
