If you are having trouble with upload speed when adding videos to Pic-Time galleries, this could be an issue related to your computer's Graphics Processing Unit (GPU). A GPU is a part of your computer's graphics card, which is a piece of hardware designed to handle tasks related to images, video, and other visual data.

The GPU is a specific component of the graphics card that makes video-related tasks such as editing, exporting, or uploading videos to your Pic-Time galleries faster and more efficient, ensuring a smoother experience.

Knowing what GPU your computer has will help you ensure your computer can handle the workload and troubleshoot any issues you may face when uploading videos. This is because depending on your computer may not automatically utilize all of the GPU's processing power when using specific software, such as the Pic-Time uploader.

Next Steps

If your computer uses a Mac, ADM or Intel GPU, you don't need to take any further steps.

In order to be able to use Nvidia GPU for processing videos you will need to install a driver suitable to your GPU from the Nvidia website. In general, we recommend using the Nvidia app to get Automatic Driver Updates, usually the Professionals / Workstation Users option. Otherwise you can use the Manual Driver Search to search for your specific product and install the necessary files.
